Ultimate health & body is a very nice studio, since the first time I felt I was in the right place. I had bad posture issues that was leading to stiffness and pain in my hips, legs, knees and neck. After a few weeks I could see good improvements, my general wellbeing is improved, my muscles are stronger and I feel much more aligned. Naja is great, she knows what to do and is a great motivator. I strongly recommend her studio.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After visiting numerous physios about ongoing hip problems (and to no avail) Naja immediately identified the contributing factors. Her unique approach is both challenging and effective, each session is different and therefore engaging, and the holistic nature of her method is refreshing. While years of sports and a desk job has had an effect on my body, Naja has provided me with the support to address these issues and I would recommend her service to anyone who is interested in taking care of their body.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Naja quite literally peeled me off the floor 18 months ago when I had crippling back pain and put me back together. She dispenses tough love but it works and her inspirational quotes throughout the studio incentivise her clients to believe we have the power to heal ourselves.
